Doctoral and Junior Faculty Consortium

MCIS 2009 offers a Doctoral & Junior Faculty consortium.   The consortium presents an excellent opportunity for Ph.D students and academics in their early career to present their work, raise questions regarding theoretical, methodological or practical issues, and establish valuable contacts with other members of the present and future IS research community.  It is intended to provide an informal, friendly, and developmental forum for Ph.D students and junior researchers to discuss their research effort and receive high quality constructive feedback.  It also offers an ideal encounter and engagement with the international IS research community.
This is a lively and highly participative event where researchers of all levels of expertise (Ph.D students, junior faculty members, and senior academics) will be engaged in substantial discussions that addresses not only different aspects of research but also of being an IS researchers.
